The Brutal Bench is a gym equipment for brutal abs-workouts. Hang your feet in the gear and work it up and down with the help of your abdominal muscles. The bench is brutal in the sense that the exercise is brutally good and effective. And we should not stick under the chair with the fact that it is also brutally tough!
This product is one popular piece of gym equipment. It has been used extensively in the rescue service and in gymnastics for years. The fire brigade usually carry out tests and competitions in this bench.
