More about 335 Rear Deltoid/Pec Deck

Set the machine to the shoulder or chest exercise with one simple setting. Watch our video below to see how.
For the chest exercise: Put your back against the cushion, grab the handles at your sides and push your arms together in front of you.
For the shoulder exercise: Put your chest against the cushion. Grab the handles in front of you and push your arms outwards, opening up your arms.
Combining two exercises in one machine ensures that you can use more of your space for other training equipment. Even if this machine has two exercises it still has Gymleco’s typical compact design making your space even more optimized.

Special features

This is one of the few combined pec deck and rear deltoid machines with a natural ergonomic movement. Thanks to the moving handgrips that adjust to the users reach, this gym machine maximises your training for both your chest and your rear shoulders. The shoulder exercise is really important since the rear shoulder muscles are often weakened and tense. Due to the fact that the handles are slightly angled you can get the perfect position for your hands that follows the body’s natural position. The combi machine is designed with Gymleco’s unique individual camshafts and this provides the correct load throughout the movement. There’s a tight difference of 2.5 kg between each weight which gives a low and smooth start-up load. Making the shoulder and chest machine optimal for anyone to use, beginner or athlete. You can add on weight to your weight stack if needed. This to offer heavy training for your strongest gym members.
